End-to-end pipeline for intelligent document processing with human-in-the-loop routing.

## Key Design Principle

AI handles what it's reliably good at. Low-confidence outputs are cleanly escalated to human review — with context, not just a raw document.

- Automation rate (% handled without human review)
- Review queue depth and SLA adherence

- Human correction rate (feedback loop for improvement)
